## Hallo Welt!

Ich bin **Andreas Bellstedt** — ein IT-Profi mit mehr als **20 Jahren Erfahrung** in Unternehmensumgebungen. Meist werde ich **Andi** genannt.  
Ich brenne für Technologie, aber noch mehr dafür, sie so einzusetzen, dass Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und Betriebseffizienz verbessert werden.

Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich ein breites Spektrum an Fähigkeiten aufgebaut. Heute liegt mein starker Fokus auf **Automatisierung mit PowerShell** als Zentrum meiner persönlichen IT-Welt.

Ich bringe viele Jahre Erfahrung aus hochprofessioneller **IT-Beratung** mit, von technischer Umsetzung über Workshops bis hin zur Architekturunterstützung. Zusätzlich hatte ich Verantwortung in **Führungs-, Koordinations- und Managementrollen** — die technische Tiefe mit Kommunikation zu Stakeholdern, Priorisierung und Umsetzung verbindend.
