## Hello to the World!

I'm **Andreas Bellstedt** — an IT professional with more than **20 years of experience** across enterprise environments. Usually I am called **Andi**.
I'm passionate about technology, but even more about applying it in a way that improves reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Over the years, I've built a broad range of skills. Today I have strong focus on **automation with PowerShell** as the center of my personal IT-world.

I bring many years of experience from highly professional **IT consulting**, ranging from technical delivery to workshops and architecture support. In addition, I've held responsibility in **leadership, coordination, and management** roles — bridging technical depth with stakeholder communication, prioritization, and execution.
